The 60 second cup has been rebranded as The Carl Telfer Cup because Carl has proved to be an inspiration to all of the other members of BNI Mere, showing what can be achieved when you try. James Wilkinson took the engraved cup over to Carl to show him.
As part of the rebrand the winner now gets 2 minutes to talk about their business at the beginning of this section in the meeting.. Steve Butler awarded the cup to James Wilkinson from Suddenstrike.
10 minutes: Ian Griffiths
The 10 minutes this week was delivered by Ian Griffith of Alvis Printing and was all about putting the customer at the centre of what they do in their business.
Why use Alvis printing?
Is their quality better than dome of the other printers? Is it the service that they provide? Are the experts in their field? Are they competitive on price? The answer is a mixture of those answers but it is mainly due to the fact that the customer always comes first and is at the heart of what they do.
The winner of this weeks door prize is Jill Shields from Blain Boland & Co Solicitors.
