Mark Whylie from Copperleaf Group

The 10 minutes this week was by Mark Whylie from Copperleaf Group. Copperleaf were established in 2003 and continues to grow through the construction of residential developments, affordable home and bespoke homes. They also work on commercial offices, warehousing and facilities, charity buildings and facilities and fit out.

Mark spoke about how affordable home is a critical part of any community. It allows young adults to purchase or rent property in any area. It helps to create a mixed atmosphere to villages and towns that need some new life and variety to the area. It starts people on their path of property ownership and fulfil aspirations.
